So.... erm... I just got around to making 99% of my posts Friends only. No offense, but I don't really want to share my deep, dark secrets with everyone.

Vanessa turned me on to livejournal this afternoon. So now I'm going to be one of those introspective people that... well, whatever. We'll give a go.
See, back in the day (had to have been at least last October...) I had a 30 day trial journal at journalspace. I got to know some nice people, I made a great layout, and then - as quickly as the affair begin - it was over. I had spent just enough time on the journal to get comfortable releasing my deep dark secrets. At the time my biggest "issue" was my crush on some OU guy. Long story short, my man found the journal (I guess it was linked on my profile...) and the shit hit the fan (really, how often can you use that phrase?). Needless to say, I was put off by the idea of blogging.
But now I'm back.
Vanessa's journal was just so good that I had to try it again. Why not?
But let me elaborate on what you should and should not expect:
1. I will not type out essays about oppression or politics or why the book I'm reading has changed my life.
2. I will probably talk about some famous guy. A lot.
3. I will not look deep within to find out why I'm here.
4. I will have a good time because I'm a fun guy/gal.
5. I will not post intellectual thoughts on here everyday.
6. I will occassionally think of something intelligent and post it.
7. I will not take this journal seriously!
8. I will have FUN. (again)
9. I will not feel sub par in comparison to those intellectuals out there that find great meaning in the smallest things.
10. I will embrace these people and try to entertain myself (and possibly them) with my commentary.
Shall we have a go at it? I think so.
